Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC). The Center’s mission is to adopt a holistic strategy framework for driving innovation and entrepreneurship through concrete steps. TIEC’s mandates are to drive innovation-based exports and product commercialization and to grow the ICT sector through incubating entrepreneurship, combined with early-stage and venture financing.
