The Development Initiative for Northern Uganda (DINU) is a Government of Uganda programme supported by the European Union under the overall supervision of the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), with the overall goal to consolidate stability in Northern Uganda, reduce poverty and under-nutrition and strengthen the foundations for sustainable and inclusive socio-economic development. Through its Support to Agricultural Revitalization and Transformation, START) program which is a dedicated blended finance facility financed with initial capital of € 4m.
